When will my order be processed?
Rivero González will send the products purchased by the User to the address specified by the User, as long as said address is within the coverage area of the Company. The delivery time starts from the confirmation of the payment by the bank, through the credit and collection department of the Company. The products will be shipped and delivered to the User by third parties (hereinafter "Transport Companies"). By virtue of the foregoing, the User agrees to submit for the shipment and delivery of the products to the delivery policies of the Transport Companies, over which Rivero González has no control.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The term described on the Website is an estimate, so it is possible that such term may change for reasons of logistics and force majeure, as well as due to saturation in the delivery service. In the event that, due to any fortuitous event or force majeure, the delivery of the products purchased on the Website may be delayed, Rivero González will be exempt from any liability at all times. The cost of the freight will be added to the value of the products purchased and will be informed to the User at the end of the order and before continuing with the payment. The cost of freight depends on the total weight of the merchandise, whether it is national or local, and the type of delivery, and may be modified by Rivero González at any time without prior authorization from the User. When you receive your order, the person receiving the merchandise will be asked for an official identification (voter ID, passport, FM2 immigration form or driver's license), so it is important that you have this document on hand upon delivery. your order.
